Braydens Easter Party at School

we had a easter egg hunt...so i made brayden and his classmates- little buckets with their names on them.

i did resurrection eggs with the children...reading the story of Jesus's sacrifice- for each of them.

it was braydens friends birthday...so he got him a TRex.

Hop On Pop was the first book Chandler ever read.

So Brayden wanted to read it, of course.

I almost cried...looking in our babies room, reading a book! let alone, that it was the first book chandler ever read.

Mothers Day at Chandler's School

i had to take this picture-ahh, an all boys school...

though i was busy planning the dinner for the next night with the moms, chandler "made" me slip out to go fishing....

me and my boy, growing up. i still can't believe he is in 7th grade. next year will be his last year of middle school, wow.

chandler caught a fish! not me....i just watched.

it was a very nice day. i truly enjoyed time at his school, the amazing lunch prepared (theirs is amazing everyday), time to chat with the other moms (our annual coffee run) and ecspecially watching chandler- he is really growing up- we are really proud of him.

We will miss you Carol

I got to have lunch and dinner with my dear friend Carol today. She is leaving tomorrow to start a new chapter of her life in Florida. I will really miss her.

She has really taught me alot &
