Family Fun Day

Chandler was out of school all week. So, we got to have a family fun day! We went to a museum....

We had lunch at the Cafe....Chad took a little nap, while the boys and I played some games.

Brayden enjoyed "petting the seafood" because he knew it all grosses mommy out!

our Valentines day...couple of days!

Friday, we had our closest friends over for dinner. Brayden was very excited to give them all the valentines day gifts we made them.

These are the Roses Chad got for me....arent they beautiful!

Rose had a valentines day craft/snack for the children. The really enjoyed making them!

Sunday, we came home from Church, opened the garage and there were...2 big gifts for the boys.

That Night we had Chandler favorite dinner- grilled beef and chicken with 8 different sauces to dip them in.

Monday, they woke up to candy hearts on the breakfast table.

That night, we had a big dinner...(that took me awhile to make) Stuffed shells and Brushetta (my dads recipe!)

After, we game them small gifts. Brayden got a beyblade that he has wanted. Chandler got Royal Blue pieces to match his school colors for his lacrosse helmet. Chad got a mousepad and postits with his business logo on them, that we had made. We also got him a one hour massage. I got 2 dozen roses and chocolates from Chad...

and a hydrangea from Chandler, that he got with his own money...So sweet.

Chad,
14 years with my best friend...and everyday I am learning new things, about myself and you. One thing I am sure of is that I am thankful for our promise, in good days and bad. You mean the world to me, I love you, what we have and what you are to me. Thank you for chosing me to grow, love, parent, believe and learn with. I thank God for you, often....for the road He has us on and for letting us dance in the mine fields! Happy 14th, I love you always.

Sports

Brayden is playing Soccer...He love it.

Chandler just ended Basketball. He had a really good season...
He scored every game. His team one the championships.
(he scored at the buzzer during that game!)

We are very Proud of the boys! Next is Tball for Brayden and Lacrosse for Chandler....Yipee!

Father Daughter Dance

Gwynyth had her first father daughter dance....

I was so glad Laura and I got to run by and see them.

And take pictures, of course!

Doesn't she look beautiful!? I almost cried watching her.

Crazy thing is, it won't be long and we'll all be crying when she is headed to prom!

Happy 30th Lindsey!

Justin had a surprise birthday party for Lindsey.

She had NO idea.

we had a good time....it was nice to see Lindsey feeling so loved, surrounded by family & friends on her special night!

Chandler and I went away with our best friends for New Years. It was 3 days full of fun & lots of concerts.

Chandler went snowboarding.

 we had an awesome time. it was weird for me to be away from chad (who was working) & Brayden (he was with one of our other best friends..) Everyone was safe & happy...thats what matters! i am very hopeful for 2011.

Christmas Eve & Christmas

We had Christmas Eve dinner at my Brothers.

Brayden gave daddy a gift:

(cheese, meat & crackers- a hat for his bald head - & a smelly Notre Dame Shamrock for his car) He was so excited to give his Daddy his gift!

Chad gave Brayden- Gogoos. They are these little men our friends, the Mitchells, introduced to Bray. He loved them!



I had Chandler. I got him this John Deere Farming CD, that he wanted for the computer. He was excited.

Chandler got me a cell phone cover, I need one!!

Brayden made Chad & I an ornament wreath. He was so proud of his craft- we all loved it!

Here the boys are waiting to pull the ribbon & come downstairs...they were so excited.

I was downstairs making a breakfast casserole for Chads family...yes, me- i made my first real casserole- & it was really good. Really.

Today was a really nice day, one of the best Christmas we have had. This year, we didnt decorate as much, shop as much, spend as much or stress...our focus changed from not so much on us to more on Christ. The peace and calm, was nice. We are so blessed to have eachother, our family & our amazing friends- I am excited to see what He has in store for us for 2011!
