UVA basketball game

I guess the harlem globetrotters were so much fun...

brayden decided to sleep through the (boring) UVA game!

we have seen the globetrotters a couple of times, but this time was the best...the show was hilarious.

the boys really enjoyed it!

every year we put up a ribbon so the boys cant come downstairs until we are ready....

Braydens Holiday Party

Braydens Class did a gift exchange-

he couldn't wait to open his gift from his friend Holden.

He got...motorcycles! Yeah!

We had pizza for lunch...

Brayden was SO excited to have big brother Chandler there.

The kids sung songs and recited poems. Brayden did a really great job. He knew all the words and hand motions.

 

at the end, Brayden gave me a plate he made in class

....so sweet!

(the necklace I am wearing is the necklace Chad surprised me with last night...I love it.)

a bunch of us went out to dinner...it was fun.

HOPE Drive Today

The Boys and I worked at the HOPE Center Giveway today.

It is so rewarding and humbling to be around the awesome people at this event...the people that come,

participate and volunteer.

Chandler's Holiday Party

First Chandler had a basketball game.

He played well, yet fouled out!

After we had a party...I was in charge of the cookie exchange.

I think it went really well...I didnt make any cookies, of course!

Chandler played in the music concert....

He played the Rumba/Flamenco and Rock Band.

It was a nice night- we are very proud of Chandler.

After picking up all the managers, we had dinner at the skybar. My brother Justin is the manager there.

It was nice to have a little calm time together before the party.

Happy Birthday Dear Friend. I know it was Friday, but SO glad we got to have lunch today!

You are such a blessing to me...you teach and inspire me-
as a wife, mother and friend.

To chat with you, after just losing your Brother in Law to Cancer...I was in awe of your insight, strength and love of Christ. I felt so blessed to have that time with you.
