time with friends...

I got to go see Wicked and enjoy a nice dinner out with friends.....the show was awesome! Time out with friends...made it even better!

Easter Egg Hunt

We had an Easter Egg Hunt this Thursday. Brayden was just beaming....he was so excited to see all his friends and gather eggs- with awesome prizes inside!~

As everyone left, we gave them a Resurrection Packet. So they can fill their eggs with different objects...as you open them, you reveal the Easter Story. Here is a picture of the boys making them....A good way to help the kids focus on what Easter is all about...the beauty of the ultimate sacrifice.

Our weekend

Friday my dad came to visit...Brayden was SO Excited to give my dad his gift that he made for him at Grandpas Day at school...He was glowing when he handed it to him! Later, we had friends over for dinner and pictionary. The kids played- it is so cute to see them draw.

Saturday we got a sitter and went out. Then Sunday we went to lunch with my dad, Brother, his wife and all the kids...then to Church and then to the park with friends...and cousins!

I havent been feeling to well...

Happy St Patricks Day

We had a nice St. Patricks Day...though Brayden ended up at the doctors with another ear infection. We had a green dinner and the boys got St. Patrick Day Surprises... Chandler got a kit to grow 4 leaf clovers and Brayden gift was a leprechaun kit.

Brayden asked us "why do i look like a leprechaun? To funny!

....I was sad to leave them for a night out playing Bunco with girlfriends, though I had a blast!

Busy Weekend

Friday was fun...we played with friends all day...then Rose and the girls came over all night!

Saturday, we got to have Breakfast with Nanny Gail and Grandma P....it was nice to see them!

Later we went to a formal event with some friends- we had a blast!

Our Godson spent the night...isnt he the cutest!?!?  We all love him so much! We got to take him to Church with us too! He did great!

Two of my friends, both named Laura- visited our Church with us. That was really nice.

After that we went to lunch and swimming- that was alot of fun!

Brayden got a little rash on his face, due to the clorine, his skin is so sensitive! But it didnt stop him from having fun!

When we got home....all of us starting cutting filing coupons- look what the boys did to Daisy- She'll put up with anything to be included!

A couple of things

Friday, Peggy moved, far away. As we were packing and loading the truck, I realized how much we have been through together. She has been like a mother to me for about 8 years. It was hard to walk away from her, but I am excited that she is starting this new journey. I will really miss her. We may be separated by miles, but we will always be close.

and Thursday is her Birthday- so Happy Birthday Peggy, love you.

I had to share this picture...its a first- Snowbell and Daisy laying this close together! It didn't last long, but it's a start!

Playing with friends, at a bounce park! The boys had a blast!

Brayden has his Special Friends day at school. He made a butterfly for my dad, with their picture together inside- he was so proud of it.

I really enjoyed the day. I feel so blessed to have him as our son, he has brought such joy to our lives. I see him smile and giggle, and I just glow with love! I cant wait for Mothers Day at Chandlers school! I cant tell you how blessed I feel to have both boys at amazing schools, we are so fortunate.
