Christmas Eve

We spent Christmas Eve at the Pahutas house. We have been celebrating this Holiday with them for about 3 years. It's a really special time, that we all look forward to- here is a picture of all the kids together...before we all left for Church.

Here is Chad, feeding Patrick his dinner....He is our pride and joy- so cute!

Here is all of us, enjoying the awesome meal
Bill and Laura prepared!

Both of the boys are playing the guitar now....it was neat to hear them both play a song, together. They are both growing up so fast.

Here is a picture of Brayden when we were all exchanging gifts....It was so late, he was half way asleep!

Here is a picture of the girls, opening one of our gifts.

If you know me, You know that I truly treasure our friends, most of all the Pahutas. We feel so blessed to have them in our lives. Spending the Holidays with them, year after year, means alot to us. They are like family to us....truly a joy in our lives.

I almost forgot- before we left for Christmas Eve- we let the boys open their Christmas Eve Gift from us....here are a couple of pics:

We all had a really good time....

We got the adults, Balderdash...which is an inside joke!

It was really nice - having dinner and giving gifts...kicking off Christmas with them.
I ecspecially enjoyed the silly time with the kids. We love them all very much and feel blessed to have them!

Playin In the Snow

Here is a couple of really cool pictures of my kids...all 3 of them!

Here some pics of the boys- playin'....
What a joy they are- its these moments, that are unforgettable.

Bray was wailing on Chandler with Snowballs...then all of a sudden Chandler got him good! This is what he did....

(who can dish it out, but they cant take it?)

So...next Brayden decided to RUN!
Which was hilarious, when the snow is almost as tall as he is!

Smart Boy...He decided to hide out in our baby tent..(that somehow made it into our back yard!) But he was safe!

One reason why we picked our lot, is because our yard is so flat...
Not the ideal situation with 2 boys, looking for a hill to sled.

Speaking of a sled, Chandler lost our sled somewhere under the snow...

So we improvised:

The Boys sledded down our steps with a boggie board!

While the boys were busy playing....I was busy building the smallest snowman ever! And we also gave little frosty a home....he is living in our freezer-! Isn't he cute!

Ohh and the boy holding tiny frosty is kinda cute too!

Girls weekend away- cancelled!

Yeap, our weekend away was cancelled. Myself and about 6 friends were suppose to go away for the weekend. We thought we were ahead of the snow storm- but it came quick! When our hubbies started calling saying they were either stuck in traffic and in a ditch, we cancelled! We were all so bummed-we had our bags packed and everything!

But I can say, though I am missing the girls, the shopping and the RR- I am enjoying this playtime with the boys. Snow really makes you stay home, relax, and rest. Instead of good friends- I am chilling with two boys ages eleven and four. Fun!

Chandlers school has challenged the boys to build and igloo...so guess what I will be doing tomarrow. Did I mention- I hate to be OUT in the snow?

And for Chad- he has been out driving, this entire weekend...driving employees and people everywhere! Last night- he ended up in a ditch! Thanks to my dear friends - hubby....who pulled Chad out this morning.

Everyone be safe, happy holidays, love ya.

A Bunch of posts at Once!

Brayden, Chandler and Hunter are all taking Karate with some of their friends. The boys are loving it! Brayden was doing so well that they let him take lessons with the bigger boys.........

Its a Huge commitment- 4 days a week....but how could you say no to these faces?

Chandlers also playing basketball with his school through the YMCA...he is really enjoying it. The school he goes to is very small....So its nice for him to get out there with his classmates.

Happy Birthday Bug...we love you! And we were excited to be a part of your special day!

We also got to see MK perform in the Nutcracker. She did awesome....she had alot of parts in the performance- we were so impressed!

First time Brayden gave flowers to a girl!~

Picture of me and our star of the show!

No you gotta have a picture with the Sugar Plum Fairy....

Isnt he just so cute....How I love this little man!

And Happy Birthday Bill....He is a good friend- it was nice to be there to celebrate!

Chad had his Christmas party....as you can see from the pics, we had a blast! This year everyone was picked up and dropped off - by a limo!

Here are the guys - getting in the Limo.....probably before us girls- nice huh!

On NO sleep....we had Braydens school play the next morning! He did so well! I cried. He was singing away!

Here He is- watching the play on the Camcorder...cracking up!

Wishing you all a Merry Christmas...
love, Melissa
